Payment

Monthly contributions are paid in advance by swipe or online banking. Cash is not accepted. Invoices remain payable during absence unless official deregistration has been received.

Medication & safety

Clear procedures help everyone feel secure

Parents are informed about illness, accidents or emergencies, and only authorised adults may collect a Dreamer.

At least one supervisor with a first-aid diploma is present, supported by a well-stocked first-aid kit.

All Dreamerz are insured during activities at DreamZone through Guardian Group Fatum.

24/7 site security

The Curinde site has an on-site security officer and CCTV coverage.

Evacuation plan

Plans are displayed throughout the location, with a yearly drill and a designated assembly point.

Authorised pickup

Dreamerz leave only with a parent, guardian or person notified in advance.

Medication

Giving medication to children remains the responsibility of parents or guardians.

Parking safety: park outside the fence on the permitted sides of the road or on the dirt road beside the sheds. Do not block other sheds or roller doors, and park with the front of the car facing the street.

Entrance, attendance & pickup
  • Dreamerz enter and leave through door 9 using the same route.
  • Attendance is recorded daily at the entrance.
  • Report absence by telephone at +599 9 565 0060.
  • A Dreamer may not leave without an authorised adult or coordinator notification.
Homework & school responsibilities
  • Homework is completed and checked daily by the homework supervisor and assistants.
  • Parents provide the weekly or monthly homework schedule from school.
  • When no homework is assigned, supplementary learning work is provided.
  • Parents prepare materials for presentations or practical assignments; DreamZone offers practice and guidance.
Clothing, devices & supplies
  • Dreamerz may change clothes upon arrival and should dress neatly.
  • DreamZone is not responsible for jewellery or electronic devices brought to the location.
  • Each Dreamer brings a reusable water bottle, homework and school supplies daily.
Behaviour & positive guidance
  • Bullying, swearing, yelling, hitting, pinching or biting are not accepted.
  • Behaviour may be corrected with a time-out and, when necessary, a parent conversation.
  • Positive behaviour is recognised with encouragement, compliments and appropriate affection.
